Benefit Gala June 2008
On 6th June 2008 a Gala Benefit evening was hosted by the Church of Our Saviour and the Donor
Foundation at the Sociëteit de Witte in the centre of The Hague. It was a night to be chic
and to be there. A large crowd of people packed the rooms, the buffet was delicious, the music
highly varied with something for everyone. There was a very special auction and Fr Sjaak
launched his latest book 'The Power of No' (which is available at the church after Masses or
from the Parish House!) The profit of €16.000 will be split between Tygerberg Hospital in
Cape Town and our Parish in The Hague.There was almost a full page spread in The Hague edition of the Algemeeen Dagblad and you can download the page here - pdf file |
